We do not host, control, or produce the audio content broadcasted by these stations. The content is provided by external sources, and we act solely as a platform linking to these streams.

2. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that any content accessible through Live India FM infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to us. Your notice must include the following:

3. Submitting a DMCA Notice

4. Action Taken

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with:

  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

6. Repeat Infringers
