1. Our Role
Live India FM is an online radio streaming platform that provides access to third-party radio station streams via URLs. We do not host, control, or produce the audio content broadcasted by these stations. The content is provided by external sources, and we act solely as a platform linking to these streams.
2. Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that any content accessible through Live India FM infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to us. Your notice must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a description or link to the work).

3. Submitting a DMCA Notice

4. Action Taken
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the affected party, if applicable, and provide them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.
5. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in [Insert City/State, e.g., Delhi, India].
Counter-notices should be sent to the same email address provided above.
6. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access to our platform for users or stations that repeatedly infringe on copyrights.
